Assembly point
As it was mentioned in the previous message the assembly point is located close to the Grand Hotel, Rzeszów. This location was marked by a red cross (X) on the map enclosed below. Guests from the Prezydencki Hotel should wait the minibus in front of the hotel.

Rzeszow - Łańcut Communication
Every morning a minibus displaying the logo of the Symposium on its windscreen will be waiting in the car park of the Grand Hotel. At 7:55 am the minibus will depart for Łańcut stopping briefly at the Prezydencki Hotel. Please be punctual so that you do not miss the bus.Should you wish to attend the afternoon sessions only you will need to travel independently to Łańcut. Acceptance letters
We had intended to send out the acceptance letters by the end of this week but unfortunately we haven't yet received all the required reviews. Consequently we have extended the acceptance deadline until 6th March 2009.Please accept our apology for any inconvenience this delay may have caused you and be assured that you will receive the acceptance letter as soon as possible.

Abstracts acceptance
The Organizers thank all registered Authors who have submitted a two-page abstract. Please acknowledge that all the abstracts were sent for reviewing. The deadline of the abstract acceptance is February 20, 2009 (Friday).

Reminder
Since the paper evaluation process has started we would like to remind to all regitered participants that the closing date for submission of two-page abstract is 23rd January, 2009 (Friday). Due to the printing terms the Organizers are not able to ensure that the abstracts sent after this date will be published.

Last call for papers
The deadline for registration and submission of two-page abstract to the IPM2009 Symposium is closing on January 16, 2009. Due to an evaluation process that is going to start since January 19th (Monday) please make sure until January 18th, 2009 that you have provided to the Organizers the final version of the abstract.

Deadline Extended
The deadline for registration and submission of two-page abstract to the International Symposium on Inverse Problems in Mechanics of Structures and Materials (IPM2009) has been extended until January 16, 2009.Please register your participation in the IPM2009 Symposium via electronic Registration form and follow the compiled Instructions in order to prepare a two-page abstract.
